It's not a secret, we are looking for acquisitions. Our formula is simple, find unique small businesses that need help growing to the next level. We are only looking to make investments in standalone, proprietary companies and product lines with a proven track record of sales and operations.
Financial Target Information:
Target Revenues: $500k to $5M CAD
EBITDA: $0 to $1M (Positive cash-flows in current operations)
Investment Percentage: Minimum of 80% shares/controlling interest

Historically we take on management projects with companies we have investment history with, or are strategic partners in our industries. Our focus though is to find new industries to share our skills and expertise and expand our knowledge-base which will be valuable to current and future clients.
